Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we’re happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day return policy gives you 30 days (after receiving your hat) to return it at your own expense. We only ask that your hat is unused and in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will process a full refund and send a verification email to your inbox when we have received the hat. Please allow two business days for the refund to hit your account after we have confirmed your refund.

Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind in regard to, for example, the colour of the hat, we will send out the new one as soon as we have received yours.

Faulty Items

Oh no, you’ve been unlucky! But no sweat, we will help you.

Manufacturer defects (such as faulty seams, major cosmetic variations etc.) sometimes happen despite our rigorous checks. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at contactwambi@gmail.com and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
